Order this month’s featured flavor: Limone Bianco

These biscotti offer the best of all worlds: gentle crunch outside, tender inside, a little tart, a little sweet. SO dunkable (although delicious undunked as well!)l

Ingredients: Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, pistachios, lemon, white chocolate chips, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Ordering & Pickup -

  • Orders must be placed by Thursday at noon using the order button on this page.

  • Pickup is from our North Park front porch anytime Friday after 1:00 PM. You’ll get the address when your order is confirmed.

  • These are limited-edition bakes - just 25 orders for each baking session. 10 biscotti per bag, most 6” long, a few a little shorter.

Storage & Care (yes, biscotti deserve care)

  • Store in a cool, dry, airtight location.

  • Homemade biscotti typically last 2–4 weeks.

  • If they soften, or if you prefer them SUPER crunchy, simply airfry, toast or warm at 300°F for 5-10 minutes, then let them cool for a few minutes.

  • Do not refrigerate (too much moisture = sadness).

The Backstory:

I’m 100% Italian, and feeding people brings me an unreasonable amount of joy. I’ve been cooking Italian food my whole life— both in Italy and here. I started offering homemade biscotti as snacks to my painting students here in San Diego, and they were a hit. Now, I’m making them available to the rest of the creative San Diegans out there.

Here’s how it works: once a week, I do a small bake—just 25 packages of biscotti. The flavors will change each month and be super fun, including the Oaxacan (chocolate chunk with almonds, orange zest, cinnamon and chili), the Tuscan (fig, almond, anise), Almond Joy (toasted coconut with almonds and dark chocolate) and more.

And while you can buy these for yourself (no judgment), they’re really designed to be foodie gifts—nicely packaged, thoughtful, and a subtle way of saying “I have excellent taste and I care about you.” These are best given to people who appreciate authentic food, high-quality ingredients and a gift that’s a little unique.

Biscotti, of course, means “twice cooked” and these treats deliver a satisfying crunch with a tender inside, while avoiding break-your-teeth territory. They’re made for dunking: milk, tea, coffee… or, if you’re really committing to your inner Italian, red wine. A good bourbon dunk is also a clutch move. And don’t even get me started talking about grappa.
